  1. 2026-04-01 AI

Fully autonomous AI content generation isn't there yet; high-quality output still requires a human artist curating among many AI-generated variants, similar to how a film director picks between takes.

I don't believe like in the autonomous AI content creation system, which is like you just give AI everything and it will work out and you'll have the best results... if you use AI, so it gives you like so many outputs and you decide yourself because you're the artist

Brands should discount smarter (targeted, personalized, buy-X-get-Y style offers) rather than discounting deeper, since strategic discounting is an investment that yields more profit and better brand preservation over time.

    Don't discount deeper, discount smarter.

Long-term brand success depends on having genuinely great, iconic physical products, since that is what keeps customers returning after they're first introduced via influencers or pro athletes.

long-term success comes down to products, right? Like we you mentioned we have iconic products, we have great products, we have super comfortable products... those are the things that are going to keep you coming back once you've been introduced to the brand

Personalized, one-off discount codes delivered in pop-ups and welcome flows convert far better and are more profitable than generic codes like 'WELCOME10'.

whenever somebody gets a personalized code conversion rate much better, more money profit back in my pocket rather than just welcome 10 or whatever it is

  5. 2026-04-01 Brand Strategy

Realtree's lawsuit against Comfrt is driven more by competitive anxiety over Comfrt's explosive growth than by a genuine belief its pattern was stolen.

I wonder if that's behind it. I would think they genuinely believe that their pattern has been stolen, but they're probably looking ahead and saying man comfort is doing so much money with this. We should have some of that mashugana.
